REGISTRATION PROCEDURE / INSTRUCTIONS

Registration fee for events in 2026:
(The registration fee is paid separately for each event, e.g. for ISAF it is 1300,- for Dara I. and 1300,- for Dara II.)


ISAF:
1300,- CZK (55 €) / person
TALIBAN:
1000,- CZK (42 €) / person
CIVILIAN:
700,- CZK (30€) / person

Limited number of participants for each round of the event:
ISAF: max. 200 participants!
Darbat Village: max. 50 participants!
Safi Village: max. 50 participants!
Taliban:
max. 80-100 participants !
a total of max. 400 participants per event!

Registrations for the event are reviewed and can be approved by the faction commander (Reeper / Óňa) or the ORG.
Cash payments on site are not accepted! (sorry, it just doesn't work)

  • Everyone must register themselves in the Dara Horizon system , mass registrations of people are not possible.

    • Fill in your first name, last name, nickname, phone number, email address and password for the system + tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions

    • You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided during registration, click on the link and confirm your registration.

    • You can then log in. We recommend providing as much information as possible.

    • Your data (date of birth) will be checked during registration and the system will not let you in if you are under 18 years old!

  • After your first login , you cannot register for events! - the team leader must add you to the team first! Tell your team leader the email address you registered with in the system.

    • If you are a team leader, create a team - provide as much information as possible, upload a logo.

      • Then wait until your team is approved by the ORG or the game party commander.

  • Each individual can only be on one team.

  • Once you are a member of the team, registration for events is carried out by the commander (in bulk, including vehicles)

  • Only the team owner/designated leader/designated representative can register for the event.
    (the system does not require regular participation of all members when registering for an event)

    • If registration for a specific event is approved/rejected - you will receive an email

  • Registration payments have the following policy

    • After the team is approved for the event, the system will generate QR codes visible in the payment system (each team member pays for themselves = the responsibility of each member, not the leader) + you will receive the payment details again by email (so that no one can make excuses that they don't see them / don't have them).

    • There is a limited time (40 calendar days) to pay the fee from the time the registration is approved.

      • You will receive a notification of non-payment by email on day 20, day 30, day 40. If payment is not made 45 days after registration, the system will automatically remove you from the registration (cancel your registration) and free up space for other players (because the number of places is limited).

      • Please note that payments are matched automatically and it takes up to 2 business days!

      • Cash payments on site are not possible.

  • Additional items are paired with an individual (patch or private mobile toilet).

    • The patch can be picked up at registration.

    • The mobile toilet will be marked - bring a lock. (Do not lock a random toilet)

      • If the mobile toilets are being exported at an event, it is known in advance when. If the TOIka is not unlocked at the time of export, the export will not take place and you are out of luck.

  • Game vehicles - registered by vehicle owners (drivers)

    • If everything is in order, the system will approve it and you will then receive a permanently assigned game license plate (which will accompany you forever, across all events)

      • Please note that if the photo does not match reality (e.g. you convert the car to some pointless tank on site, etc.), the vehicle may not be allowed into the game!

    • After the vehicle is approved, it is visible in the team registration, where it can be assigned to a specific event.

  • System security - from time to time, "2-step verification" will pop up and you will receive information in your email with a code that you must enter. The system remembers the device - so typically when you log in from a new phone, it will be annoying. At the same time, after 10 invalid password attempts, the system will block you from a specific IP address. We also have other system protections to keep your data and the system safe!
